Ingredients: Instant vermicelli noodles: Made from mung bean starch or tapioca starch mixed with mung bean starch. Crab roe Pad Thai seasoning: Sugar / Coconut sugar. Spices and herbs (shallots, garlic, chili powder). Soy sauce / Fish sauce. Tamarind paste (for the unique sweet and sour taste of Pad Thai). Crab roe flavor powder or artificial flavoring (crab roe/seafood flavor). Vegetable oil. Allergy information: Often contains soy, wheat flour, and may contain shellfish (crab, shrimp) from the seasoning powder ingredients.

Cooking method (recommended for pan or pot):
1. Blanch noodles: Bring water to a boil, then add vermicelli noodles and cook for about 3 minutes until cooked and chewy.
2. Drain: Pour out all water. Or, drain the glass noodles and set them aside.
3. Mix the sauce: Pour the crab roe Pad Thai sauce and seasoning packet into the hot glass noodles and mix well. Ready to eat.
Add meat: While the noodles are boiling or the pan is simmering, you can add crab meat, crab roe, fresh shrimp, or eggs and stir-fry until cooked. Add vegetables: Add bean sprouts and chives and stir-fry, adding a squeeze of lime juice for a perfect and fragrant crab roe Pad Thai.
