It is usually eaten grilled with sticky rice or served as a snack or starter. What really separates a Thai Sausages from its western counterparts is the sheer variety of herbs and spices added to the sausage mix.
Typically Sai Oua Sausage will contain galangal, lemon grass, garlic, coriander, chilli, kaffier lime leaves, white pepper and fish sauce, making the Sai Oua Thai Sausage something very special.
