Product Information : Chicken claws have a lot of skin and tendons and are large and gelatinous. Often used in soups, also suitable for brining and sauces. For example: marinated chicken feet, chicken feet in sauce. Those with a thick texture can also be cooked and served boneless, e.g. chicken feet with pepper and sesame, boneless chicken feet and wings, all of which are crispy and tasty.
