-Once again, start by rinsing the rice to remove excess starch. Rinse in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
-Add the rice and water to your rice cooker, using about 1 ½ cups of water for every 1 cup of rice. 
-Cook the rice about 25 minutes.
