Thai food brand Cocks pickled whole garlic bulbs in a 454g jar. The young garlic bulbs are pickled by keeping them in a mixture of vinegar, salt, spicy ingredients and sweetening agents for three to six weeks. This jar contains approximately 12 to 15 pickled garlic bulbs. It goes well with any Thai food recipes as well as non-Thai food.
