Product Information: Fermented Fish Sauce 200ml. Pla Ra or Pla Rah is a traditional condiment from northeast Thailand and Laos, made by fermenting fish with rice bran or toasted rice powder and salt, fermented in a closed container for at least 6 months. Its flavors are salty and sour. There are two stages to making Pla Ra. The first stage is to ferment the fish with salt until it becomes softer, and the next stage is to ferment it with toasted rice powder for its aroma and flavor.
Method: Simply use it in your dishes or as a sauce.
