This herb is used widely throughout the tropics and subtropics of South and East Asia. It has a pungent lemon/lime scent and flavour with a hint of spice. This herb is always used raw as a condiment or garnish. It can be added to salads, spicy meats, vegetables, fruit and noodle soup.
