INSTANT CONCENTRATED NOODLE SOUP NUER (FA THAI BRAND)

Ingredients: Seasoning Sauce (26.5%), Sugar (13%), Iodised Salt (10.5%), Sweet Black Soy Sauce (4.5%), Spices (0.8%), Beef Powder (0.1%), Thickener (INS 1442), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium L-Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides), Preservative (INS 202), Sweetener (Acesulfame Potassium), Natural Identical Flavouring.

Description: Fa Thai Instant Concentrated Beef Noodle Soup 350g. This packet of beef soup concentrate can create approx 5 litres of delicious beef soup (20-30 bowls).

Method: Boil 5 litres of water and add 1 pack of instant concentrated noodle soup into the pot. Stir well and it is ready to serve. Secret recipe for tasty soup: Add beef or beef bones into a pot, add 5 litres of water and bring to boil with medium heat and do not stir until the water is boiled. Tip: use oxtail, beef shank, tendon and bone marrow for making beef soup. Once the soup is boiled, turn the heat down to low (skim off the excess foam that accumulates on the surface to make the soup clear). Add 1 pack of the packet into the pot. Simmer with low heat and add any seasoning you would like. Put the boiled noodles, vegetables, meat and meatballs into a bowl, pour beef noodle soup into the bowl and sprinkle with deep fried garlic and celery. Ready to serve!
