Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 1 medium-sized fish, scour the fish several times on both sides
2. Deep fry the fish in vegetable oil at medium heat until crisp and golden. Place on plate
3. Mix contents of this packet with 1 cup of water (240 ml), bring to a boil
4. Pour over the fish
