Product Infomation : The tasty legend of Laab was taken to Bangkok by the people of E-san (North Eastern provinces near Mekong River). The blend of exotic herbs and lime juice makes this dish tangy and very refreshing. It is a common place that Laab-Namtok is served with steamed sticky rice (glutinous rice) packed in typical bamboo basket.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) water in 300g ground meat and stir fry until done
2. Add contents of this packet and mix well
3. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables
Namtok (Beef or Other Meats)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Bake or grill 300g meat until done, then slice into pieces
2. Add contents of this packet and mix well
3. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables
