Ingredients:Dried Chilli (25%), Garlic (15%), Lemongrass (15%), Galangal (13%), Shallot (12%), Salt (12%), Kaffir Lime Peel (8%).
Directions: Boil 300ml concentrated coconut milk. Add 50g paste then meat/vegetables. Season with salt and sugar. Add water if needed.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
