Masaman Curry Paste (vegan)12 X 400 GR NITTAYA

Ingredients:Dried Chilli (20%), Shallot (14%), Garlic (13%), Salt (13%), Spices (Coriander Seeds, Cardamom, Mace, Ground Cloves) (10%), Palm Oil (7%), Grated Coconut (6%), Coconut Milk (5%), Lemongrass (5%), Kaffir Lime Peel (4%), Galangal (3%).

Directions: Heat 300ml coconut milk until oil on top. Add 50g Masaman paste, partly cooked potatoes, peanuts, meat, onion. Season with sugar, fish sauce or salt, tamarind paste.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
