Ingredients:Dried Chilli (20%), Shallot (15%), Garlic (15%), Salt (13%), Galangal (12%), Lemongrass (10%), Kaffir Lime Peel (8%), Spices (Turmeric Powder, Dried Bay Leaves, Mace, Ground Cloves) (7%).
Directions: Heat 300ml concentrated coconut milk on medium until oil appears on top. Add 50g paste, cook until boiled. Season with fish sauce/salt, palm sugar. Add partly cooked potatoes and meat/seafood/vegetables, stir until cooked.
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
