Product Information  : Jam-filled mochi is a traditional Japanese dessert made from glutinous rice chopped and pounded to obtain a white, soft and sticky paste which is then shaped into a typical round shape. Very common in Japan, it is usually eaten throughout the year, although it is a characteristic New Year's dessert.
