Seafood Batter Mix 100g by LOBO

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat, Rice) 62%, Tapioca Starch 20%, Corn Starch 9.5%, Spices (Garlic. Pepper) 5%, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate) 2%. Salt 1.5%

Method: 
1. Dissolve contents of this packet (100g) with 2/3 cup (150ml) cold water
2. Stir until batter is thoroughly mixed
3. Dip chicken, shrimp, crab, fish, meats or vegetables in batter thoroughly and deep fry in hot fat or oil until golden brown.
