Product Information : Used as an accompaniment to vegetables. The fresh young shoots are eaten with the menu Laab, Koi, Namtok, Jaew, and Chili Paste. In Vietnam, they are also eaten in the Nam Nueng menu.
Used to make curry. Vegetables have a sour taste. Used instead of lime in some menus, such as mushroom curry.
Use to stir fry and add to omelet. Or stir fry with other vegetables to increase the flavor.
